The Process
How We Work
Tailored 3–6 Month Coaching Engagements: Coaching is customized to the executive’s and sponsor’s goals, with sessions typically held twice per month.
Methods
Results-based coaching, formal leadership assessments (optional), and the REAL PLAY™ method—live rehearsal to address relationship issues, deliver tough messages, or lead high-stakes conversations with confidence.
Progress
Between sessions, leaders apply new habits, tools, and practices to drive tangible results.
Minimum engagement: Three months, recommended twice-monthly sessions to see meaningful results.
Month 1 – Clarity & Goals
45-min stakeholder alignment meeting (CEO and/or others) and coaching intake form completion.
60-min Hogan Leadership Assessment + 90-min Hogan Debrief (add-on).
60-min goal setting coaching session.
Month 2 – Experiment & Apply
Application of new behaviours, tools, and exercises.
Month 3 – Sustain & Scale
2 × 60-min coaching sessions (every two weeks).
Progress review and measurement (self + stakeholders).
30-min wrap-up and future plan.
