Build a High-Ownership, Direct, and Decisive Culture
This is a three-part workshop series delivered over three months.
Each session is 90 minutes (virtual or in-person), with one hour of pre-work to ensure participants arrive ready to practice.

REAL PLAY™
We use a highly experiential format where participants practice real conversations in real time. Using our proprietary REAL PLAY™ method, participants rehearse past and upcoming high-stakes conversations so they build both skill and confidence immediately. By getting real “reps,” participants build capability that transfers immediately into the workplace.
